Pondering
So a couple of months ago I joined the gym. :) It’s an addiction of mine and I am proud of myself for keeping it up.
HOWEVER. Although the gym has kept up its bargain of keeping me coming every single day (because its just that GREAT), I have been slacking on my end.
With what do you ask?
Well, my eating habits.
I mean I don’t go wild but it’s not the best for the results I would like to achieve. Recently I have been following a lot of health blogs and see that it helps people with motivation and also to track their progress and give other people inspiration to start doing something.
So, I believe I will be taking the time sometime soon to start a blog of my own about health, life and achieving my goals.
Sounds like a good idea right?
